How long does it take to ship my order?

 

Your order will ship out within 2-5 business days. Please find the exact order processing time in each item's description.

 

What shipping option do you use?

 

For small bags we use Polish Post International Priority Service with tracking. The expected delivery time:

Australia: 10-21 business days
Canada: 10-16 business days
North America: 10-16 business days
Europe: 3-8 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-21 business days
Asia Pacific: 10-21 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 10-16 business days
North Africa and the Middle East: 10-21 business days
Sub-Saharan Africa: 10-21 business days depending on location.
I'll do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

 

How much does shipping cost?

 

Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout. You will be charged for shipping of small goods via Polish Post International Priority Service (with tracking): to Poland 3€, Europe 5€, North America / Australia / New Zealand and Oceania 10€  . 

 

Can I update my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address at anytime until has been dispatched. If you need help, please contact us.

Once your order has been shipped please contact the local carrier directly for changing the delivery address details.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

 

Immediately upon ordering you will receive an order confirmation email. This email contains details of the product(s) you have ordered, your order number and estimated shipping date.

 

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipment confirmation (via email) with a tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number takes you to the carrier's website where you can find the latest information about your order.

If your order is packaged in more than one box, each parcell will have its own unique tracking number.
